1.If you permit,on Friday.7th.Aug,the interview at 5:00 will take place at your office.这句话不好，而且是chinglish，建议改成：I will interview you at your office at 5:00 on Friday 7th.Aug if you have time.

把that改成about，然后那个a lot 你是想形容什么的我不清楚，最好是把a lot 去掉，这种说法并不好，而且会使意思含混不清。

这句也有不足之处，建议改成Though you are very busy,I still hope you can spare some time to help about the interview.Would you like to respond my request after resding the letter?Thank you!
个人觉得你的英语作文主要问题在翻译太过直白，很多chinglish的用法，建议多读一些地道的英语文章，并且多用英语进行写作。祝你好运！
