我有一朋友06年花17000买了一台创维电视，保维期为三年，在使着过程中还可以，于是又买了一台小尺寸的，有朋友来串门，也介绍朋友买这个牌子。可是刚过保修期，2010年夏天的时候出现故障了，不能看了，于是给维修点打电话，从打电话到来人拉走电视大概不到两月时间，办事效率太差，维修人说一开始说主板坏了，要求换主板，问了价钱800多，我朋友就给创维总部打电话问这价钱的事，随便创维总部和维修点商议500块钱可以修，我朋说可以。拉走了，过了不到一个月时间才拉回来，在拉回来之后，我朋友发现电视机的底座被划了，于是问维修人员，他们狡辩说是脏东西，擦擦就行了，我朋友马上拿来布擦怎么也擦不掉，因为就是划痕。最后维修人员不得不承认是他们给弄划的。最后安装完电视之后，我朋友要发票，他们说给钱之后给发票，我朋友于是和创维协商，先给一半，另一半等给了发票，马上付钱。可是一等就好几个月也不送发票。打电话给创维总部，总部义正言辞说我们不可能发生这类事，他说查查之后要和我朋友对证，结果打电话过来说，维修点和他说，是不给钱才不给发票的。没想到创维的维修点就是这么胡说八道的。第二天， 我的朋友再次打电话向创维护总部说发票的事，这次这个负责人却不提这事了。没想到创维这大的企业也在胡说八道，无理也弄出个理来，而且维修点和总部负责人们口径也不一。对消费者简直是欺诈。这次故障就这样结束了，然而2010快到春节时这次又出故障了，打电话，创维维修人来了，说屏坏了，说换个屏要6000多块。6000够买一个新的电视视了。价格实在太不合理了。而且服务态度相当恶劣。希望创维总部对选择维护点和区域负责人服务方面多监督一下。21世纪是服务的社会，你企业的靠什么去竞争，国内大的企业在质量方面都差不多，你竞争的就是服务。让消费者满意，不要去欺诈消费。把自己的品牌给砸了。
