摘要：2007年3月爆发的美国次贷危机，目前已经在全球范围内造成了巨大的影响。次贷危机是由于一些贷款机构向信用程度较差和收入不高的借款人提供的贷款而引起的，又通过大量金融衍生产品把其他金融机构卷入了这次危机，又通过各种途径影响到整个世界。中国应当在次贷危机中吸取经验和教训，避免类似的风险。

Abstract

　

The subprime mortgage crisis, which erupted in March 2007, has already produced great impacts all over the world. The crisis was initiated by lenders providing loans to borrowers with poor credit and low income. Other financial institutes were drawn into it through the large number of derivative products. It then spread to the whole world through various channels. China should extract experience and draw a lesson from this crisis to avoid similar risks.
