这个句子倒装是正确的
only 引导的状语部分在句首所以主句 they are able to perform their teaching better.要部分倒装
要把are 提前

are they able to perform their teaching better. 这里的are 应该改成can吧 can able to do sth 一个句子里不能有两个谓语啊

虽然语法上是可以这样倒装的，但是感觉很怪，而且有点罗嗦，把后面那句 are they able to do 改成can they perform。 PS。没有can able to do这个词组，able是形容词不是动词； PPS。can 和be able to do 两个都是表示“能做什么”，不能一块儿用。
