Many people like playing sports, because sports are very important to us and they can keep fit and healthy. Different people like different sports. I like badminton. I often play sports half an hour every day. I like ping-pong,too. Sometimes I play ping-pong with my friend. I am not very strong. So I will do more sports to make me strong.

they can keep fit and healthy错误；本身they与keep fit就不协调的，fit 与healthy 重复，建议改为and they can make us keep fit.

I often play sports half an hour every day often与后面的every day本能一起运用的，最好去掉often。

好像是对的，friend最好用复数friends
