in consideration of your complying with our
above request, we have duly endorsed the full set (3/3) of the relative
original bills of lading which we return to you herewith and we hereby agree to
indemnify you, your principals, their and your servants and/ or agents and to
hold you harmless in respect of any liability, loss or whatever nature which
you, your servants and/ or agents may sustain by reason of the delivery of the
goods in accordance with our above request. we take all the responsibility onrelease cargo to above mentioned consignee.

principal这里翻成了货主， servant翻成了雇员，不一定准确，可以参考一下提单背面条款最上面有没有解释。

你前面的空格（发货人、提单号码、收货人）以及下面的（发货人、收货人名称、收货人地址），这些？的填发和理解都是对的； qty：quantity，件数的简写，你按照提单上的件数填写； desc：description，描述的简写，你按照提单上的产品描述填写； 这样填好后，盖上你们公司的公章，正本寄给船公司或货代就可以了。
