找到"C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\DATA\"文件夹，点击属性，在常规选项卡中点击高级， 在弹出的窗口中的压缩或加密属性中去掉压缩内容或者节省磁盘空间，点击确定，点击应用，勾选应用于该文件夹所有文件。
或者只需对数据库系统必须的几个数据库:master,model,msdb,tempdb等操作即可。

说一下是什么情况哦，插入不了数据有很多情况 数据库本身而言：无法连接，约束，错误等 后台程序：语法错误 ，语句错误，数据错误等情况
