Ladies and gentlemen,
I'm glad to be here to make a speech.Today my topic is "How to keep healthy."
All of us know that health is the most important thing for us human beings.Then how to make our body healthy is worth paying great attention to.In my point of view,we should base on the following five aspects.
First of all,we should take a little more exercise as possible as we can.Nobody can deny that taking exercise is the best to keep healthy.Then,having a balanced diet is also available.It's wrong to only pick up the things we like to eat.The third must be having a good sleep.Sometimes people have to do many things for their study or work.They choose to stay up late into the night.It's really bad for our health.After a whold day's hard work,we really need a good sleep.So don't make yourself too tired.Just arrange our time reasonably,it'll be enough.Fourth,I think we should keep ourselves in a good mood.Being happy can make us do everything better and better.At last,we should never get into the habit of drinking and smoking which are bad for our health too.If people around you also smoke or drink a lot,just try to persuade them to give up these bad habits and live a healthy life.
Above all,I think nothing could be more important than living our life in a healthy way.So let's try our best to do it,right now.That's all.Thank you.
