Delayed Shipment:In all cases of force majeure provided in the article No.11 the period of shipment stipulated shall be extended for a period of twenty one(21)days.In case shipment within the extended period should still be prevented by a continuance of the causes mentioned in the Article No.11 or the consequences of any of them,it shall be at the buyer's option either to allow the shipment of late goods or to cancel the order by giving the Sellers the notice of cancellation by cable.

迟延装运：在第11条所列不可抗力情形下,约定的装运期限应延二十一日.如延长期间的装运,仍因第11条所列事故或其影响继续存在而受到阻碍,则应由买方选择,或接受后来装运的货物,或用电报通知卖方取消订货.
