lost什么用法（LOST 前面应该少了一个定冠词THE,THE +形容词表示,失去工作的,这一类人,
意思：新工作增加数量要比失去工作人的数量小的多,
The number of the new jobs （新工作数量；新岗位数量）
is much smaller than （比...少的多）
that of the lost (THAT 指代前面数量）（失去工作的人,也就是下岗的人的数量）
