二者都有”习惯“的含义，但用法上的区别还是比较明显的。used to 后面接动词，而be used to后面接的是名词或动名词。另外在含以上也有所区别。used to 表示过去经常的和持续的行为，be used to表示已适应、习惯于。
例句：
1.Life here is much easier than it used to be.如今此地的生活比起以前已经舒服多了。
2.You used to smoke a pipe，didn't you?你过去一向是抽烟斗的，对不对？
3.After three weeks she had been/got used to the extreme heat.三周之后她就适应了那里的酷热。
4.be quite used to hard work很习惯做艰苦的工作。
