现在的大学生怎么了，很多上课不来的。五一放假后第一天开学，那么多学生没有及时返校。

理解他们：要出去兼职挣点钱，积累点社会经验。不过，不能在业余时间吗？大一就开始这样了。为什么呀？老师们该怎么做呢？

学校应该学习国外的学分制，出勤也只占学分，作业也占学分，作业难一点，让学分很难拿，看他们还敢不来上课。
国外的好东西为什么在中国那么难实行？

we should understend these students ,there can be many reasons for their not attend classes regularly .for example ,they want to earn some money ,besides ,it can also enlarge their social experience.However ,can't they do these during their free time ? as a fresh student we should do proper things at proper situations.How can our teacher deal with this situation!
