C 。A起到形容词的作用，作定语修饰名词。B错误Dhundred表几百时不加复数，只在hundreds of 时加复数。

C 有横杠的表述metre处不能加s且词后还要加名词，排除A、B 无横杠的表述metre处要加s，但five hundred中的hundred不能加s，排除D ** hundred, thousand, million, billion这几个词前面有具体数字时，不能加s
