（22岁，在深圳上班··是一名幼儿园教师····很喜欢自己的工作，因为很喜欢小孩子！在工作中能找到快乐）

Hello, everyone, my name is XX, I'm 22 years old. At present, I live in Shenzhen work as a kids Teacher.

I'm very happy to teach kids. I have other working experiences before get a job from kindergarten, but quickly I find that is not the piece of cake of mine, because what I purse is just simple,happy and quite life, not endless fight for money and power. My friends suggests me getting a job as kids and I think this feasible.

But I also find sme challenges of this job because I’m not so good at sing and dancing, of course I will try my best to overcome this, you know life is full of challenges and we must overcome them

What are the qualies should a kids English teacher possess?

Firstly, in my opinion, the teacher must love the job as a teacher, there is a old saying the interest is best teacher, and only we love this job that we can impart our knowledge to the kids and develop kids interest of English learning.

Secondly, we should be unfderstand the kids psychological, then cater to their pleasure, and teach according to the kid's ability.

Last, we must be professional in Englsh and English teaching, then we can do a good job in this area.
