However, having searched on the net for an explanation.I'm afraid maybe you have trouble trying to understand a lot of explanations!
So here I will just offer you a SIMPLE definition of the difference between semantics and pragmatics.

Semantics is basically the study of the meaning of words.
Pragmatics has to do with language in use, it is the study of how language is used in particular situations.
