B：get over克服，摆脱，熬过
C:go through经历，（被）通过，审查，完成
D：dip into下沉到，稍微探究
选C，译句：我们一次又一次审查了这个计划的细节，以确保工程顺利进行。
其实B和D很好排除的，A的意思相近，但是不恰当，选C。
做英语选择题有时还非得中文思维才行。个人意见，仅供参考。
