首先，我觉着平面的广告一定要做得漂亮，餐厅的招牌，还有餐厅的门面上面的招牌都要做得漂亮。可能不是漂亮，而是合宜。如何来阐述这个问题呢？比如吧，餐厅开在菜场旁边，厕所旁边，水果店旁边，对不起，我不得不说，你的菜品价格是打不高的，这点是肯定的。生意非常好，我看可能性也很低，基本上多数人看了，都没有想去吃的食欲了。
其次，餐厅的菜谱么也要做得合理一点，在我看来，价格定在适中，中层阶级的价格会比较的合理。菜单的制作只要是颜色和餐厅的整个格局是相辅相成的就可以了。（是我的话，我的制作可能会更加的偏浪漫一点，也可能是艺术生的关系。）
最后，要想生意好，当然，装修至少清爽，格调不说多么的优雅，但是，要合宜，我指得合宜，是指，如果，一条街都是小资的，你一个餐厅杵在那里，要符合整条街的格调。
还要说的一点是，厨子和服务员一定要请的好，数个好的厨子和合理的服务员的培训并且和一定的服务性英语培训，都能够使得一家餐厅营业得风生水起。
