A Healthy Lifestyle
If we want to live a happy and healthy life,we need to keep a healthy lifestyle.
Frist of all,we need enough sleep .Every day we should sleep for at least eight hours. Sleep very late is bad for health, so we had better go to bed before ten o 'clock at night .
Secondly ,it is also important to eat enough vegetables and fruits everyday. Vegetables can give us a lot of Vc and Vd. There is a saying: an apple a day keeps a doctor away, so it's good to have some fruits every day. Also, we need to drink enough water.
To sum up, we should keep a healthy life style. I wish everybody can have a healthy body.

it’s very important that to have a healthy lifestyle.becauae if we have a good lifestyle,we will be full of energy.but how we can have a healthy lifestyle?well,many students always study hard until 11:00 pm every night,and they can’t get enought sleep,but it’s bad for their health.i think they should go to bed earlier in order to get enough sleep and work better next day.some students always feel bored for everything.for these students,i think they can talk over their problems with their parents or teachers.also,it’s very important to have enough exercise and eat healthily for good healthy lifestyle,because exercise can make us happy and healthy,and eat more junk good can bring more side effects.so eating healthily is also very important.after all,having a healthy lifestyle is the most important to all!

If we want to live a long and happy life, then we have to keep a healthy lifestyle including eating right, staying fit. Watching what we eat is the most important in keeping a healthy lifestyle. Eating more greens like salads and eating less junk food like french fries and burgers will make a person a lot healthier and wake up feeling a lot fresher. eating right will help improve a person's immune system to be able fight off diseases better and go to the hospital less. i mean who likes to go to hospitals and have needles stuck in your arm for an hour? the next thing on the list is staying fit. Jogging around the neighborhood or swimming in the pool or even just doing sit-ups and push-ups in the house will keep a person fit and get sick less often

A Healthy Lifestyle A healthy lifestyle needs a lot of details that needs our attention . Frist of all,we need to sleep to guarantee .Every day should also be kept more than eight hours of sleep time .Of course ,too much sleep also it is bad for health .The best sleep before ten o 'clock at night .Sleep early benefit to body discharge poison .Secondly ,diet for us are also important .Drink more water to body is absolutely good .In food ,try to eat more vegetables and fruit,avoid fatty food . Finally,through a healthy lifestyle the adjustment ,I wish everybody can have a healthy body.
