tipping means a small amount of money given in addition to the official price to someone who has done something for you

advantages
1 you can give any amount of money you like
2 you can show that person that he has done a really good job
3 people will be happy to help

disadvantages
1 they might think that tipping is a dirty thing to do
2 they might feel like they don't deserve it
3 they think it ashme to accept someone's tip
4 they might think they look like a begger
