I exercise everyday, usually when I come home from school .And eating habits are pretty good. I try to lot of vegetabIes ,usually ten to eIeven times a week.And I eat fruit everyday and I drnk milk everyday. Ofcourse,I love junkfood too, but I try to eat it only once a week.Oh,and Isleep nine hours every night. So you see,I look after my health lifestyle helps me get good grades. 
Good food exercise help me to study better.

january 31, monday, sunny i got up early and helped my mother cook breakfast. then i washed the dishes and cleaned the room. at nine o'clock i went shopping with my parents by car. there was traffic jam so the car moved slowly. it took us about an hour to get to wumart. we bought lots of food and drink because spring festival was coming. in the afternoon i visited my friends and payed table tennis with them. i surfed the internet and read books in the evening. i didn't go to bed until half past ten. what a meaningful day !

Last week I went to visit an old friend.When I arrived his home his wife was cooking for us.His wife is very beautiful and nice.I meant to help her,but she refused.she said she had finished most dishes. I just waited for lunch.And It's vrey delicious.Then we watched a football game and talked about something interseting.I had a great time and invited them to my house.
