两个都可以陈述部分的谓语是used to 时，疑问部分用didn't +主语或 usedn't +主语。

这个句子里面的used to 是习惯于做某事，句型是sb used to do sth.相似的句型还有几个，最好去学一学，区分一下。所以应该用doesn't she.它只是一个句型，而不是时态的体现。
