是作文吗？如果是，个人意见：

many people think that school is a place to regulate student, so it kills creativity.
it does kill creativity sometime, but meanwhile, it is also a place for innovation.
ex: 1.most scientists graduate from schools. 2.knowledge is the basic for creation, if you only have creativity, but no knowledge, it would be a "mass".
why so many people think schools are bad for creativity?
ex: 1.some regulations kills uniqueness.（学生都要剃光头，有的老师觉得学生的创新是瞎胡闹之类的）2.some students do not want to be misfits, so they have to be the same with others.
conclusion:you have to see it from different aspects. schools are indispensable, but some rules should be canceled／perfected.
