dear sir, re: sq200 cellphone i bought a unit of sq200 cellphone from your departmental store a month ago, receipt dated 10th november, 2008 attached for your reference. i regret to inform you that the said cellphone could not send out sms and take snapshots. i sincerely hope that you will look into this matter, either replace me a brand new set or refund the money to me . your immediate attention will be highly appreciated. yours faithfully, liwah
