Students have less and less time to exercise themselves in these years. There are two reasons for this. On the one hand, students have too many classes every day. In some school students have to start their first class at seven o’clock and end their last one till nearly ten o’clock. During each workday they are allowed little time to have sports. On the other hand, a lot of students prefer to stay indoors in their spare time for they can have enough fun playing and relaxing indoors. For example, they can watch TV, playing cards and chess or playing computer games. Day by day they become weaker and weaker and a lot of students are not healthy enough to keep up their energy for their study. It is said that students’ less healthy physical conditions are directly related to their shortage of physical exercise. Without a sound body there won’t be a sound soul. Please do more exercise from now on!
