Recently. there is a heated discussion about whether people can play games while on duty or not.(play games 要用复数，whether or not 固定搭配) some people maintain that people relax pressure by play games. besides playing games can raise the efficiency of work.
Qiute the contrary. The other people say,playing game should be forbidden while on duty.
on one hand, having been paid， employee should do better work while on duty(此处用了非谓语动词)on the other hand, playing game will affact the efficiency of work, with employee not being concentrated on work .(此处用了独立主格)
