浅析农村初中英语素质教学现状及对策用英语怎么说

I think English is the education of rural problems,on the one hand,the resources of the teacher,some poorer places,they first began to exposure to English,the students have started later than city,and a lot of teachers,students in pronunciation fundamental aspects of oral English is very weak,they don't like cities have very good teaching tools,teaching and certain limits,so I think must improve the countryside junior middle school English education,should let their elementary school started reading English,rather than being contacted the book is out.Should also change the countryside junior middle school teacher,on the other hand,it should improve rural teaching equipment
我觉得农村的英语教育一方面是资源的问题,一方面是老师的问题,一些比较贫穷的地方,他们初一才开始接触英语,起步比起城市的学生已经晚了很多,况且老师的读音根本不准,导致学生的口语方面很弱,她们不像城市里有很好的教学工具,教学也受到一定的限制,所以我认为要提高农村初中的英语教育,应该让他们在读小学的时候就开始正在接触英语,而不是发下的书是摆设.还应该改变农村初中老师的水平,另一方面,还应该提高农村的教学设备.
