It ia an arguable question all the time as different people with different backgrand or living in different environment would have very different oppinion. A very good example is food. In France, the roasted snails are regarded as one of the best dishes, but in England many people would think snails are the worst food to eat. Another example is student level or achievement grade. Many students are regarded as the best students as they always can achieve full marks or nearly 90~100% in their examnations, however they would immidiatly find that they lose their superiority after they entered a university in the USA or Europe as more practical skills are included in the assessment of a stuedent level. So, the best and the worst are only true in a designated environment. They are never always true everywhere.
