I think that it is a sign that the China is slowly embracing foreign cultures and that the Chinese are open to these foreign cultures. The fact that more people are having a foreign name shows that the foreign culture are having a profound effect on us. It is okay for us to have foreign names but we should at the same time embrace our own culture and appreciate our given Ch珐定粹剐诔溉达税惮粳inese character names too.
