我在外州接获一张超速罚单，可能会有不良记录---记点。我想去掉不良记录，能不能上网答题或者上课，最好是上网答题（有朋友给我当翻译），如可以请告诉我时间和地点。

I got a speeding ticket out of state, which may be put on record. I want to get rid of the bad record, can I do something like completing a test online or attending a class? I prefer doing test online (a friend will help with translating). Please let me know how I can do that, time and place etc. Thanks.

I got a punishment for over-speed in other county.There may be some bad record ---score remark .I want to clear that .Shall I answer the question or have classes on line ?It would be better if answering online (having friends as translator ),if may ,tell me the time and address.
