我的家乡在天津，这几年我的家乡变化很大，我所见到的变化最大的就是海河了。
听妈妈讲，以前的老海河河道狭窄，两岸杂草丛生，河面上漂浮着许多白色垃圾，每到夏天总是臭哄哄的，过往的人们只得捂住口鼻，匆匆经过。
现在的海河焕然一新，河道被拓宽了，河水也变得清澈了，海河像一条长长的玉带环绕着我的家。海河的两岸铺满了绿绿的草坪，种上了各种各样的花草树木。沿岸还有许多的人造景观：一条木制的大船停泊在岸边，长长的纤绳拴在岸边的石头上，仿佛真的到了“南洋码头”；几架水车被好奇的孩子们蹬踏得哗哗作响，爸爸还给我讲了水车灌溉的原理呢；每隔不远就有凉亭、回廊可供游人们休息，还有很多很多的景观数不胜数，所有这些就形成了优美的海河带状公园。清晨和傍晚人们都来到这里散步，现在这条海河故道变成了人们避暑休闲的好去处。每当夜幕降临，华灯初上，海河上就架起一座“彩虹桥”，桥上的霓虹灯灯光闪烁倒映在海河上，十分动人。
