这首歌无疑是很恐怖和绝望的
但还不是完全的绝望
M和T的唱段分工很明显是割裂的，各说各的
地平线上的希望：也许指的是黎明，或者干脆就是一个虚无飘渺的愿望

Carpet本意是地毯……但是你想象那个场景就会明白实际上说的是大地
中段T的咏叹是最难翻译的
因为Tuomas历来写词都有省略系动词的习惯
综合来看，这个系动词应该放在第一句to前或最后
kingdom出现得很突兀，而且后面的come居然什么词格都没变
整句就是让人摸不着头脑，哪位来救救急
接下来的这段M唱段使用的是完全倒错的手法
掷石头的故事想必大家知道（言：无罪者掷之，众无应之）
这里却说掷出去了
圣徒下了地狱，沾满血腥的士兵却上了天堂
博爱的盖娅居然身在屠杀当中

如果你给他钱，他就载你到冥府
如果没钱，他就推你进阿格龙河
最后一段中借用了这个传说
希望和爱看上去是好东西
但是联想到第一段和第二段，就会发现实际上这才是水深火热
为什么说还没有完全绝望呢（为什么呢……）
什么时候才会有方舟呢？这世界没救了非要大水溺天的时候
所以这句话是说这世界还有救
