In our class ,most of the students are wearing glasses ,because of bad eyesight. Therefore, it is necessary for us to do something to draw attention to the protection of our eyrsight.
First , relax our eyes after reading for a long time ,for example , looking out into the distance or just looking into the sky.At the same time , when reading something ,we should make sure we are in the perfect light – neither too strong nor too weak , which can do good to our eyes.Whenever we are free , we can do a set of eyesight-protection exercises so that our tired eyes can be restored quickly.
