内容是，亲爱的Grace，我今晚要补课所以没办法去上英语课了，希望您谅解，

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am afraid I was informed to attend the test for Driver's License on xx, which happens to be a working day. I will have to ask for a day's leave to cater for this.

I will make sure that all the work at hand is not disturbed due to my absence on that day.

I would appreciate it very much if you could grant your approval.
