摘要:近年来,我国企业与机关事业单位养老待遇差距悬殊已引起了社会的广泛关注,成为影响社会和谐的问题之一。这主要是由养老保险金制度不同,调整机制不同,企业年金制度未普遍建立以及企业内部原因造成的。本文简述了这一现状形成的原因,并提出了相应的解决思路。
