since的四种用法
1) since +过去一个时间点 (如具体的年、月、日期、钟点、1980, last month, half past six)。

两个都用现在完成时，到目前为止

应该用现在完成时 have seen！！！是过去的一段时间，对现在没有影响。。。

have seen each other 用的是现在完成时，表示这个时间点以前已经完成的
但是It has been a long time since we saw each other。。。。。。似乎也没什么理由，读起来就是不太对。。。
再举一例：This looks strangely familiar...we've been here before... we're going in circles!
been here before 表示已经完成的
