如果以现在的签证，旅游后能否返回美国？
如果不行，那申请OPT后能否回到美国？

Your admission to the U.S. is for "duration of status," that is, for the length of your F-1 status. Your length of authorized stay is not related to your F-1 visa expiration date. F-1 status covers the period when you are a full-time registered student making normal progress toward your degree (or exchange program), plus an optional period of practical training following completion of studies, plus a 60-days "grace period" to prepare to depart the U.S. or change to another status. The F-1 visa is specifically for entry into the U.S. The F-1 visa might expire before your status expires, and your status might end before your visa expires.
也就是说你的签证就算还没到期, 你已经毕业, 就必须在这六十天内离境. 六十天内可在美国境内旅游, 如果出去到加拿大或甚至墨西哥, 就算手持未过期的 I20也不能再入境.
而申请OPT可以再次入境的条件如下:
If your pre-completion OPT application is pending or approved, you may travel and reenter the U.S.
If your post-completion OPT application is pending, you may travel and re-enter the U.S.
After graduation, if your post-completion OPT has been approved and your EAD issued, you may not re-enter the U.S. unless you have evidence of employment. You should carry the following documents with you:
-I-20 signed for travel by an international student adviser within the last 6 months (no older than six months*) 你上面提到说你I-20是五月份到期, 你一月份要去玩, 就这点你申请OPT时, 得向Adviser问清楚)
-EAD card
-Valid passport

很多赴美留学生如果想美国本科转学申请，须做如下准备。
一，了解转入学校是否接受美国大学本科之间转学生。
二，区分专业。不同的专业、院系对美国本科转学生的要求不同。
三，转学资料准备齐全。申请者达到规定的gpa才可申请。
四，在美国转学生与新生入学一起录取，没有单独审核机制。
部分学校对国际学生美国大学本科之间转学还有特别要求，如英语技能，需提供托福或者雅思成绩，或进行入学英语测试，或完成一定学分英语课程等。
移民局对于持有f1签证留学生的美国本科转学申请要求有严格要求，如果你转学过程中，f1签证已过期或“不合格”，那在转学前，必须离开美国再重新以f1签证入境，或在美国境内重新申请恢复有效f1签证，否则不能够申请。
其次，以f1学生身份入境，须在被许可的新学校里注册就学。要美国大学本科之间转学必须先获得移民局的批准，你现在的学校必须交出sevis记录新的学校才能发给你新的i-20。
一旦有了美国本科转学申请计划，应当先向移民局申请转学批准，由于移民局批准转学的过程需要时间，建议学生在转学前取得转学批准。一般来讲，移民局规定你在离开原来学校到新学校的课程开始之日不得超过五个月。
