As we know , English has become an international language. It is more popular than any other language in China . English is widely spoken in the world and it is the most useful language around the world . But how to learn it well ?
　　The best way is to use it all the time . If we can talk in English , think in English we can learn it well . At school , we should learn to hear , speak, read and write carefully . We should spend enough time in practicing English . If we keep on working hard at English , we will be able to be good at it one day .

having a healthy body is important for our work. without a healthy body you can't do anything... there are too many sickness spreading nowadays,how can we prevent ourselves from these sickness.first, you need to have a healthy habit.go to bed early and get up early。people who stay up late at night will get sick easily,we need enough rest to keep our body full of energy.second,have a balanced diet.your body will not operate normally without a balanced diet,go,grow,glow foods are like batteries in our body.third,wash your hands before and after meals. many virus and germs are in your hands and they will go into your body if you didn't wash your hands.fourth,do enough exercise.it is necessary for us to have enough exercise, at least 2 times a week.last but not the least, drink plenty of water.our body needs enough water to work properly,don't forget that 75 percent of our body is made up of water. i beleive that after doing all above you will have a healthy body.you need to maintain so that you will have a healthy body.
