You don't have to worry about getting everything ready to cook, then after eating, getting everything clean. But eating too much instant noodles can result in health issues. A single serving of instant noodles are high in carbonhydrates but low in fiber, vitamin, and minerals. But the most harmful part is not the noodles, but the package of flavoring that comes with it, you can actually get sick from it!
