一般用at比较多,因为超市相对是个小地方；用in是为了强调在超市里.

at the supermarket 强调地点.
比如问：Where should I wait for you 我应该在哪等你?
at the supermarket 在超市.
（这时候,相当于小地点用“at”,大地点用in;）
in the supermarket—— 强调“空间”在内部.
When it was raining ,I got in in the supermarket.
