About the faucet which you inquired is a thermostatic digital display faucet. indicate working time and temperature.combine some technology in it. But sorry to tell you, it isn't a smart faucet.
Please refer the following info.
There is a small generator in it. it worked by water power, supply electricity to the led display.
Faucet warranty is 5 years, led display is 2 years.

几点拙劣的建议,互相学习吧:
1、收到这样的询盘,知道对方是做这个行业的,但只是他要的那一款产品你家没有,其实还是有合作的可能的。所以思路是正确的,先给对方表示“很遗憾,我们没有这个”,再提及“其实我们有什么什么,或许你会感兴趣”。
2、从邮件的后半部分,感受不到你较强的想和他做生意的愿望,显得很平淡。语言也不容易引发客户对你们产品的兴趣。
3、建议第三段sorry to tell you删掉。直接But it isn't a smart faucet. Belows are some info of this product. 不要轻易说sorry,曾经不止一个客户和我谈到:“中国人很喜欢说sorry,但是很多时候并不需要sorry的。”在他们看来,说sorry之前必定是犯了比较stupid的错误,而你们家没有他要的产品,并不是什么错误,最多算个遗憾。
4、By the way那段感觉是个败笔,并不能让人感觉到你的夸赞来自真心,或者这个夸赞对他们有什么价值,他们心里可能会想:oh, ok, just not bad
5、一些语法错误了,比如
indicate working time前加上which could;
it worked 改成it works, supply改supplies;
Faucet warranty is 5 years, led display is 2 years. 整句改为We offer 5 years warranty for the faucet and 2 years warranty for the display.
enclose 改为 enclosed
