I think that humans are entitled to right. Persons, because it is a person and should enjoy the right.
Human rights are important privileges. Many reasons support this. Human right is the right that most people think of as belonging to each person, which includes freedom, justice and equality.
The most important right is the survival and development of life. First of all, people need to survive, and then they demand the right to development. Survival is the foundation of development. But we can not generalize, we need pursue development while trying to survive. Human rights are comprehensive, dignity is the core. Dignity is living a life as a human being.
When people fulfill their obligations, they start to have rights. Right is created by people's self value and identity.
"Everyone is equal before the law", whether in Chinese or in the west, is the ancient principle of a person for having heard it many times. But equality is not equal. There is a difference between people and people, which is the diversity of the "people". Each of us is not only the difference of height, weight, skin color, but also has the different hobbies, personality, ability, level and so on. "Equality" is the "equality" of the whole society, but not the "equality" in every matter.
Since human rights are so important, how can we protect our rights? Firstly, when being subjected to illegal infringement, we should call the police for help or other witty response. Secondly, when we are violated, we should protect ourselves by law. Request to stop the infringement, eliminating the effects of restitution, apology or compensation for losses. Last but not least, we must abide by the law, not to infringe on the rights of others.
