neither是“两者中任何一个也不”，作代词时通常被看作单数，其后谓语动词用单数。neither is mine. 作形容词时，修饰名词的单数形式。neither answer is right neither of 两者都不; 两个中没有一个修饰复数名词，谓语动词用单数 neither of my parents enjoys music.
