In order to advocate the fair competition in the industry, XXX Company (Thereafter called Party X) and YYY Company (Thereafter called Party Y) have reached the mutual agreement that:

First of all, Party B would develope the market of selling products for Party A company, Party A made a serious promise that they will never directly or indirectly sell their own products . While Party B promise earnestly to the Party A that they would finish early test of the Party A's products, if the agreement exceeds given time, this agreement is not effective any more
