By chance, I was reading hall to borrow a "rain Harvard Road" this book. Actress experiences of ordinary people can not imagine, she overcome the ups and downs through their own efforts, finally realized the dream, into the halls of Harvard University.
First read a few chapters, I thought it was just this pure literary fiction, and later found that this is autobiography, because the heroine experiences abnormal ups and downs, beyond the imagination of ordinary people, in the harsh conditions she can only exist until the next step in the novel a strong step to go down a miracle!
She lives in a very unhappy family, parents drugs, no income, can only rely on government relief, she has an older sister, and she was out of tune. I myself, how we treat ourselves the right choice? On the road of life we will face many choices, some chose to retreat, while others rushed to choose a success, so have winners and losers. Liz said: "I do not retreat, I can only keep trying to move forward, why can not I do it?"
