It'sa regulationabout driving to release the traffic jam.If the last number of your car is a even number, then you're allowed to drive on a even day, and vice versa.For example, your car's last number is 6, you can drive on 2,4,6,8,10..... in a month; if it's 5, then you can drive on 1,3,5,7,9,11.....

Depending on your license plate number. You are allow to enter (the city limit) on odd days, if your plate number is odd, and on even days, if your plate number is even.
