如何写好邀请函与请柬
一． 写作须知
邀请函包括宴会、报告会、招待会、舞会等各种邀请信件，形式上通常分为请柬和邀请信。请柬------用于正式的活动，一般有重要的客人参加，要提前发出请柬；邀请信-------非正式的邀请函。完整的邀请函应具备以下特点：邀请函一定要写明活动内容、聚会地点、日期和时间。
二． 邀请信的内容
除了基本内容外，在请柬的右下角通常还附有说明：
1． 注明对服装的要求，十分正式的场合应注White tie（即男客人应戴白色领结，穿晚礼服，女客人应穿高雅的长连衣裙）；较正式的场合应注Black tie（济南市应戴黑色领结，穿宴会礼服，女士着长裙）；一般场合可不注或注明Dress Optional（衣着随便）。
2． 附上R.S.V.P.（请答复），然后加上电话号码；或者写上For Regrets Only（如不能参加请回话）
三． 请柬的写作格式(Patterns of invitation are presented for reference)：
1. 某人邀请您在某地某日某时参加一个舞会（比较随便）；

2. 您被热情地邀请在某地某日某时参加一个舞会（比较随便）；

邀请函在形式上不像请柬那么正规，通常情况下分为两段，把意思表达清楚即可。

常用邀请信函（6种）
邀请信件，形式上大体分为两种:一种为正规的格式 (formal correspondence)，亦称请柬；一种是非正式格式 (informal correspondence), 即一般的邀请信。邀请信是在形式上不如请柬那样正规，但也是很考究。书写时应注意: 邀请信一定要将邀请的时间（年、月、日、钟点）、地点、场合写清楚，不能使接信人存在任何疑虑。

1. 邀请朋友共进午餐
