The main problem lies in inner management of enterprises, especially they negelct the crucial role of financial management. As financial management is the core of enterprise management, it can reasonablely plan, schedule, apply and distribute the capital in the enterprise, which will help the enterprise control risks and improve benefits. Therefore, it is necessary to analyse external envirment and inner problems deeply for those medium-sized and small enterprises of their financial management , and propose reasonable suggestions for improvement.
