年满18周岁就需要在美国兵役部门注册
原文如下
Under current law, all male U.S. citizens between 18-25 years are required to register with Selective Service within 30 days of their 18th birthday. 18~25岁美国男性公民需要注册

In addition, non-U.S.-citizen males between the ages of 18 and 25 (inclusive) living in the United States must register. This includes permanent residents (holders of Green Cards), refugees, asylees, and illegal aliens.
